A rare congenital neurocutaneous syndrome characterized by cranial, cutaneous, and neurological anomalies, typically presenting with unilateral lipomas of the scalp and face, intracranial lipomas and cerebral malformations, and ophthalmological abnormalities including epibulbar choristomas.
