Ho-Kaufman-McAlister syndrome

A rare congenital malformation syndrome with cleft palate, micrognathia, Wormian bones, congenital heart disease, dislocated hips, bowed fibulae, preaxial polydactyly of the feet, abnormal skin patterns, and missing tibia.
