Naegeli-Franceschetti-Jadassohn syndrome

A rare autosomal-dominant form of ectodermal dysplasia, characterized by reticular skin pigmentation, diminished function of the sweat glands, the absence of teeth, and hyperkeratosis of the palms and soles.
