While the film is rich with moments of explicit sexual threat — most notably the naked photographs and Sparks' attempted rape — the image of Jessica tied to the front of the ute remains one of the most excessive and horrific images of violence against women not only in Australian “Ozploitation” film, but in rape-revenge as a whole.
